You know what; there is nothing wrong with that it’s called being human and a healthy skepticism is what keeps us on the safe track most of the time. Besides there is no shortage of the many scammers out there just looking to separate you from your money with empty promises that lead nowhere. Most of the programs I review boil down to the same old tactics whereas you purchase the program and they end up teaching you how to sell that same program to someone else and the viscous circle continues. Although I will admit that you do learn skills along the way in the field of internet marketing that you can than apply in other arenas on the online world.So getting back on topic, you’re here because you’re searching for legitimate ways to work from home in Toronto. I’ve done some checking into the Home Job Group and have come to the conclusion that they are indeed NOT a scam. What they have essentially done is recognized two pressing needs. The need for businesses to reduce costs and the need for certain individuals to have the ability to work from home based offices. This can also be referred to as telecommuting which has been steadily gaining in popularity year after year. The world is becoming smaller everyday and through technology the ability to mobilize and manage a stay at home workforce is easier than ever. What I discovered when reviewing the Home Job Group is that they have positioned themselves a switchboard of sorts connecting people with available work at home opportunities offered by legitimate companies both large and small. As a small business owner, I can appreciate the overhead savings of an individual worker out of his/her home office. Home workers do not require me to provide them with a desk or computer. They require little supervision and it’s not all just benefit for the business owners. The home worker enjoys the additional freedom in scheduling and escaping the daily commute that can be a significant saving just in fuel alone. If you’re professional and responsible to your assigned duties than companies are certainly willing to pay you well for the work preformed.

What it comes down to is simple the Home Job Group has accumulated lists of companies who are actively seeking home based workers. So you could easily find yourself working at home in Toronto for a company that’s located many miles away or even outside the province or country. There is any number websites all claiming to have real legitimate work at home jobs, but most of the ones I’ve reviewed somehow always lead back starting some sort of home based business. Now If you’re looking for information on how to start your own business that’s totally different and you’ll find lots of information on this site pertaining to that topic. However if what your really after is finding a real job that you can perform form your own home office, try Home Job Group.

Remember It’s not magic I’m sure if you tried hard enough you would be able to find some of the jobs listed on your own. I on the other hand feel it’s worth the membership fee to use the Home Job Group if you live in Toronto or any other province for that matter. It saves you hours of manually searching on the net and has everything you need properly organized all in one location. I also would stand by the fact that they will have uncovered jobs I most likely would have never frond on my own.

Pros:• Low monthly membership fee starting at /month allows you to view clerical/administrative job offerings through the Business link. • Lots of potential telecommuting and work at home offerings currently available.• The site has current and legitimate job offerings putting you in touch directly with companies that are actively recruiting home workers.

Cons:• Membership levels are not explained thoroughly. When first signing up it’s not exactly made clear the differences between basic and premium members package.• Certain links go to error pages meaning the companies are no longer hiring or that the company might have gone under. This is just backend administration but still frustrating at times.

To Conclude:If you’re intention is to find a legitimate work from home job in Toronto and you either already own or are willing to invest in the basics of what a home office will require such as a computer with high speed internet / phone etc than the Home Job Group is well worth your time and consideration to join. I can truly recommend this site as being the straight goods and having the very real ability for you to locate home based jobs in Toronto Ontario.

People flock to this industry with big dreams of Mansions, Yachts and fancy cars. Thinking that if they just simply join XYZ company and tell all of their friends and family about it, they too will soon be crossing the stage and seeing their names in lights. As you know, I am a HUGE fan of the Direct Sales Industry. What I get tired of are individuals who come into this industry with a Lottery mentality thinking that their registration fee entitles them to the top pay ranks of their company. So, what I’m going to do for you us give you the Truth About Home Based Business.

1) Business: Yes, this is a BUSINESS!! For most of us, we build a big organizations through Network Marketing. I want you to look closely at those two words. Net-WORK being the first word. Somewhere along the way people got it in their head that if you simply join and get your brother and Aunt to join you’re going to be Rich. I’ve got news for you, it doesn’t work that way. EVERY top earner works his/her Home Based Business just as hard (probably harder) than any other job they have ever had. The Second word is MARKETING. It’s not Inviting, pitching, harassing or my personal favorite, attending. No, it’s MARKETING. I know I always hound this point, but if you stop Marketing your business, you have no business. There is a reason the Top Producers in your company are at the top, they always have people to talk to.

2) Expectations: You’re results are going to be right in line with your efforts. So, if you expect to get involved with a particular company and have no intentions of putting forth anymore capital or resources, you are going to get the same in return. However, on the other hand, if you go into your opportunity expecting to have to fund it like any other business and you understand there are going to be travel, marketing, promotional and product expenses, you will get the same in return. Too many people come into this industry simply looking for an answer to a problem. What these individuals need to be conscious of is that this is an opportunity and what happens with that opportunity is what they make of it.

3) Thoughts: You are no longer an employee of someone else. You are now your own boss. For many this is an absolute nightmare. Do you know why all successful companies continue to be successful? Because they are all run on disciplined systems. Can you imagine if McDonalds just decided not to make fries for a day? No, you always expect there to be someone there making fries. So, why do so many get into the Home Based Business industry and think they can go a few days without doing something like Marketing. If this is you, you need to take a hard look at what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. It is now up to you to start thinking like the Founder, CEO and President of YOU inc. That means you get to do all of the work until you are profitable enough to outsource that work. One more piece of advice about thoughts…DO NOT start to think about your hourly rate in the beginning. Yes, you could be making more money cooking those fries we just talked about. Stick with it and continue down your structured path of success and you can buy one of those Franchises (not that you would want to).

I truly do believe there is no other industry like the Home Based Business Industry. My goal here is to make you aware of what it’s really going to take for this industry to produce all of your dreams. As long as you come into this focused and understand that it is the same as any other business on the planet, you will have success. Debt Resolution, IRS Settlements Offer Help for Serious Tax Problems

San Mateo, Calif., – With tax day behind us, consumers and business owners who owe the IRS are not out of the woods. But while death and taxes are the big two inevitabilities, those with serious tax problems should know that it is possible to negotiate with the IRS to reduce past-due tax penalties and payments, according to Bradford G. Stroh, co-founder and CEO of Freedom Financial Network, LLC.

Americans, carrying more debt than ever, are also more likely to have tax problems than in the past. In 2004, the total of uncollected IRS taxes reached upwards of 0 billion. The number of levies (a key enforcement tool in which the IRS takes possession of assets to collect on unpaid taxes) topped 2 million during fiscal year 2004 – a 21 percent increase from 2003 and triple the 2001 number.

According to Stroh, taxpayers with tax debts under ,000 usually can manage the payment on their own or via an installment plan arranged with the IRS. “Tax problems merit professional help when individuals cannot pay tax liabilities of ,000 or more,” Stroh says. “At that point, specialists can negotiate directly with the IRS on behalf of these consumers, helping them obtain settlements.”

Tax relief specialists usually are attorneys or certified public accountants with special training and experience. Stroh explains that these experts can navigate the intricacies of IRS forms and calculations, help consumers understand the criteria the IRS imposes, and then help them get back into good standing with the IRS.

Depending on the severity of an individual’s situation, two types of IRS settlement are available:

An offer in compromise reduces the principal amount owed to the IRS.

An installment agreement is a payment plan for the amount due and often includes reduced penalties.

“Remember that you cannot let overdue taxes languish,” Stroh warns. “The IRS is serious — and increasingly aggressive — about tax collection and evasion. Tax debt can result in a lien on a house or garnished wages.”

Advisors can help consumers with the following steps:

Evaluate the situation and determine the amount of taxes owed to the IRS.

Ascertain whether the situation meets IRS standards for “doubt as to collectability” (i.e., unable to pay the full tax burden), “doubt as to liability” (i.e., consumer might not owe the tax), or “economic hardship.”

Establish the full amount owed, including taxes, penalties and accumulated interest, and understand whether collection limitations or penalty cancellations are possible.

Determine the best method for managing and eliminating the tax debt.

Negotiate with the IRS to settle on an agreed course of action and resolve the debt.

While facing and handling tax debt can be painful, last year’s bankruptcy reform legislation made it even more crucial for consumers to act. Historically, consumers in severe IRS debt might file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection or wait for the 10-year statute of limitations on tax liability to expire. Now, people are much more limited in the ability to obtain Chapter 7 filings. The bill’s new “means test” leads many consumers instead to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy, which establishes a repayment plan, rather than wiping out all debt. Consumers with tax debt may find it much less costly and simpler to work with a debt resolution firm’s tax relief service, which allows individuals to set up tax payment plans while avoiding court fees, attorney fees and bankruptcy judgments on their records.

“Whatever means you choose, tax season means it’s time to face the inevitable and manage your tax burdens,” Stroh says. “Fortunately, experts are available to help you along the way.”
